Appearance
Figarland Garling is a tall, elderly man with a beak-like nose and a visibly wrinkled face. He has one unbent, sideways-pointing spike on each side of his head and one extremely tall, forward-bent spike on top of his long, light-colored hair. Garling’s facial hair is composed of a mustache, a thick beard connected to his sideburns, and a large, forward spike that ends below his chin, giving the appearance of a forward-facing crescent moon. His sunglasses have a round shape and cover his eyes.
Personality
Garling appears to share the moral outlook of the majority of Celestial Dragons, referring to everyone below him as “subhuman scum.” Garling was willing to put Saint Mjosgard to death for that very crime, which was defending the Neptune Royal Family. He is ruthless in his administration of punishment to those who violate World Noble rules and customs, believing in particular that those Nobles who protect people of lower status debase themselves into being even lower scum.
Abilities and Powers
Garling, the God’s Knights’ Supreme Commander, has command over the rest of the organization and the power to punish even his fellow World Nobles for conduct he deems unacceptable. He also likely possesses all the other privileges and rights associated with being a World Noble, such as the ability to call an admiral in the event of an attack. On God Valley, Saint Figarland Garling once held the title of champion.
Weapons
Garling wields a saber, which he used to execute Donquixote Mjosgard.
Are Figarland Garling and Shanks related?
It is not known yet how Shanks and Garling are related but they are somehow related.
