10 Kaido What makes Kaido so cool is his overall appearance and strength. He is huge, and he looks like an actual beast thanks to the massive horns on his head. Thanks to his Devil Fruit, he can transform into a massive azure dragon, and his hybrid form is equally as impressive.
09 Trafalgar Law Law is a former Warlord of the Sea, but he was not evil. In fact, he is one of the most heroic pirates in One Piece. He wanted to take down Doflamingo and Kaido, and in doing so, he destabilized the black market and helped to liberate Dressrosa and Wano.
08 Luffy Luffy's standout feature is his apparent lack of common sense, and although he acts like a child at times, he gets serious when he needs to. What makes Luffy so great is his determination and his love of freedom, and it helps that his fight scenes are fun to watch.
07 Robin Robin has a dark sense of humor, and she has a Devil Fruit which allows her to replicate any part of her body on any surface. Her backstory is arguably the most tragic, and it has been great seeing her overcome her past as the series has continued.
06 Zoro Zoro is Luffy's right-hand man, which means that he is one of the Straw Hats' strongest fighters. He is one of the best swordsmen in the entire world, but he will not rest until he becomes the greatest. He has a terrible sense of direction, but that is his only real flaw.
05 Ace Ace was the previous user of the Flame-Flame Fruit, and he was the son of the legendary pirate king, Gol D. Roger, but more importantly, he was Luffy's older adopted brother. Unlike Luffy, Ace was smart and polite, but he was really impulsive too.
04 Doflamingo Doflamingo is a Celestial Dragon by birth. He is bloodthirsty and likes to toy with his opponents in cruel ways. His flamboyant wardrobe gives him a distinct look, and his sunglasses make him look even cooler. His Devil Fruit allows him to manipulate string, which doesn't sound impressive, but he makes it a very formidable power.
03 Dracule Mihawk Mihawk possesses a great deal of honor, and he is very serious. In fact, he almost never smiles. He barely appears in the series, but when he does, he commands respect. The coolest thing about him is his vampire-like aesthetic and hawk-like eyes.
02 Katakuri Katakuri is one of the Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates, and he is arguably the strongest member of the crew besides his mother. He is very tall and muscular. His crimson hair and eyes are both striking, and he sports multiple scars and tattoos.
01 Shanks He is known for his black cape and red hair, but he also sports a series of scars over his left eye. He is an extremely laid-back individual, and he tends to be calm and brave most of the time.
